IMPORT DUTIES & FOREIGN TAXES
Unfortunately RUMEUR cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be applied. These will be billed by the carrier and remain as the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that return items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways. The items must also have all original tags still attached, including the hygiene stickers. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
In order to make a return, follow the simple steps of our return portal within 14 days of receiving your items.
Please note that once you have received the notification of any possible duties and taxes, your parcel has already been cleared by the government. If you'd like to return your order, you as the buyer, are required to pay the duties and organize the return. We can not recover duties and taxes.
Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund.
Everything we send out is quality controlled, however if you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase.
